Bedroom: King sized bed with memory foam mattress. 44" HD Roku TV set for streaming. Dresser and small garnet rack for clothing and belongings.

Living Room: Kick back on the couch or pull it out into a full size bed to sleep 2 extra guests or kids.

Kitchen: Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots + pans, cutlery, spices. Guests will have a Keurig and K-cups available to them but are encouraged to bring their favorite brew.

Dining Area: Enjoy meals with others with seating for four guests.

Washer/Dryer: In Unit includes iron and ironing board.

Street Parking Only - parking is usually never an issue.

This requires 8 steps to get to the walk out basement.
